Kimberly L. Phan joined Manning Leaver in 2020. Ms. Phan earned her Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Civilizations from the University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Phan 's practice areas include general corporate law, business litigation, real estate transactions, automotive dealer law, and employment and labor law.
Prior to Manning Leaver, Ms. Phan was a venture capital associate structuring finance deals at a venture capital firm that invested heavily in the transportation industry. Prior to that role, Ms. Phan worked on large-scale litigation at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the U.S. Trustee, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the California Department of Business Oversight. In addition, Ms. Phan represented clients before the California Labor Commissioner’s Office in employment and labor matters. Ms. Phan is also a licensed real estate agent and has been in the real estate industry since 2012, conducting commercial and residential lease and sale transactions.
When not working, Ms. Phan enjoys reading fiction, eating her mom's Vietnamese cooking, spending time with friends and family, and keeping up to date with the transportation and tech industry.
