Bankruptcy creditor representation

Manning Leaver represents creditors in all phases of bankruptcy court proceedings, including assisting clients in the preparation of creditors’ claims, seeking relief from the bankruptcy automatic stay, opposing discharge of debts where warranted, litigating contested creditor issues, and reviewing Chapter 11  and 13 plans.  The firm has also assisted its clients in purchasing assets, such as dealerships, in bankruptcy proceedings.
