Mr. Provencio joined Manning Leaver in 2025. Mr. Provencio has experience in commercial litigation in both federal and California courts. Prior to his civil litigation experience, Mr. Provencio worked at a law firm specializing in Family Law, Probate, and Estate Planning. Mr. Provencio received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he worked for the Shriver Landlord Tenant Clinic advocating for tenant’s rights.
When not working, Mr. Provencio enjoys playing golf, going to concerts, and watching Wisconsin Badgers football.
