Troy joined Manning Leaver in 2026. Prior to becoming an attorney and joining the firm, Troy worked in accounting at a limited jurisdiction court in Tucson, Arizona. Troy received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he served as Senior Editor for the Journal of Law Technology and the Internet and worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Milton and Charlotte Kramer Law Clinic. Troy also attended the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration. Go Cats!
When not working, Troy enjoys exploring LA, discovering new restaurants, seeing family, and binging TV.
