Waseem H. Dulloo is an associate, joining Manning Leaver in 2019. His practice areas include business and real estate transactions, automotive dealer law, compliance and advertising law, general business litigation, and consumer litigation.
Prior to joining Manning Leaver, Mr. Dulloo practiced general corporate law, serving domestic and international emerging companies and SMEs (Small to Mid-sized Enterprises). He assisted his clients with, among others, entity formation and dissolution, corporate governance documents, indemnity agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing agreements. Mr. Dulloo’s prior litigation experience includes practicing in the areas of wrongful death, construction defect, insurance bad faith, personal injury, and landlord tenant law.
Mr. Dulloo earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law, where he obtained the Business Law Certificate, served on the board of the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Association, and served as the Treasurer of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
When not working, Mr. Dulloo enjoys traveling, tennis, film, architecture/real estate, and keeping up with the automotive industry.
