Mark E. Sanborn joined the firm in 2014, after working as an attorney at the Orange County Public Defender's office. Mr. Sanborn’s practice areas focus on automobile dealer law and include general business litigation, consumer litigation, and consumer class action defense. Mr. Sanborn also defends clients in criminal and administrative matters.

Mr. Sanborn graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and a minor in French. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he was an editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. During law school he interned for the California Attorney General's Civil Licensing Section, and for the Los Angeles Superior Court. He was also a member of the Juvenile Justice Clinic at Loyola, where he directly represented juveniles charged with crimes. He was awarded the Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Student Award in 2011 for his work in the clinic, including writing appellate briefs for a client's case.

Mr. Sanborn is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. In his free time Mr. Sanborn enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and homebrewing with his wife.
